KING GEORGE'S TEN FREEDOMS

Freedom from truth and embarrassing facts,
Freedom to spin all those illegal acts.

Free to use "Freedom" for any occasion,
Bomb a small country, launch an invasion.

Freedom to smirk and to taunt "Bring 'em On,"
Freedom from guilt as the battles rage on.

Freedom to do it and then to deny it,
Freedom to trash a small country, then buy it.

Freedom to urge our detainees to talk,
Stack 'em up high in the old cell block.

Freedom to lavish the wealthy with more,
'Cause God will take care of the working poor.

Freedom to send all our jobs overseas,
Bring U.S. labor to its hard-working knees.

Freedom from science and all its anxiety,
Freedom to welcome the Flat-Earth Society.

Freedom for Big Oil to poison our air,
Freedom for Big Health to not even care.

Freedom to bask in his rich-guy perks,
Too privileged to know how the real world works.
